Sustainable compliance, efficiency and IT security - How COMPLION combines personal strengths and professional experience with vision

At any point in your career, you ask yourself the following question: "How do I match my own skills and experience with the requirements of my job?"

In this blog post, we show you the vision with which Complion was founded, how we implement it and how you can get involved with us.

1. Vision

COMPLION was founded in 2018 to solve companies' challenges differently than before. With 20 employees, we now provide sustainable compliance, efficiency and IT security as a leading service provider.

This is due to our corporate vision. To this end, we have developed four principles so that our consultants can contribute their personal strengths and professional experience to the company in a targeted manner.

Customer Journey: We pursue the approach of developing holistic solutions with measurable results for our customers. Holistic means that we consider the challenges faced by companies in an overall context.

Existing approaches in a company are incorporated into the development process, the impact of the concepts on ongoing or planned projects is considered and they can be integrated into the customer's overall strategy. The result is a customized solution from a single source.

Our results lead to a measurable improvement. In other words, our successes can be measured both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Key Player: Our portfolio is specialized. Our leading role in the market is verified by our excellent reputation with our customers.

The core business is the design of management solutions in the following areas:
IT provider, IT contract, software asset (SAM), hardware asset (ITAM), cloud, IT data (data protection) and IT security. We focus in particular on 3rd party relations.

Capability orientation: Our qualifications are geared towards the customer requirements of today. But even now, we are preparing for the requirements of tomorrow by continuously developing and refining services, products and solutions. We recognize these needs at an early stage by continuously monitoring the market and can offer customers integrated solutions as soon as they are needed.

Trustful Team: Due to the small size of our company, it is necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned basic principles that every employee can identify with their own company and that their own strengths and experience are taken into account.

We therefore rely on motivation through participation and open communication within our own company. Only if all employees are involved in generating ideas and their ideas are given equal consideration ('equality of idea generation') can we identify important customer needs on the market in good time and begin to develop solutions.

2. Implementation

We are actively implementing our vision in five areas.

Portfolio: Our portfolio is constantly evolving in line with customer requirements. We therefore have the latest products and services.

Sales: We achieve sustainable business development on the basis of leading know-how and continuous market development.

Network: We are closely networked with our customers and our market and always present ourselves there with up-to-date market communication.

Personnel: We have a highly flexible team with integrity, in-depth expertise and continuous professional and personal development.

Organization:  Our structure promotes know-how and innovation. Management tools and decisions are transparent and participatory.

3. What personal strengths and professional experience can I contribute to Complion?

Our team already consists of specialized experts and experienced management consultants from many disciplines, from computer science to history studies.

Ideally, your strengths and experience already match our existing portfolio or expand it in a meaningful way.

In general, we are looking for experienced project managers who can work independently on interesting projects that generate a real and measurable impact for the customer. Solutions that are not only tailor-made, but also integrate into the overall context of the company.

We are looking for people who want to help shape their own company by developing and contributing their own ideas in order to develop forward-looking methods for tomorrow's solutions instead of just implementing them.
